I’ve been with the Trust for four years and in my first year I was provided with invaluable accommodation. I’ve had opportunities to grow and develop which has enabled me to become a lead practitioner in my subject.
South West Essex Community Education Trust was established in April 2015 with the belief that every young person in our community needs and deserves an education that will maximise their future life chances.
We are a partnership of schools which have chosen to work together with a shared vision to achieve this. Currently, our partnership consists of Chadwell St Mary Primary School, Deneholm Primary School, Marshalls Park Academy, Orsett Heath Academy, Stifford Clays Primary School and William Edwards School.
Trust and professional generosity across our schools drives the characteristic of this partnership: children always come first and we aim to secure a national reputation for the quality of the education provided within our Trust.
Our colleagues are critical to achieving this and securing the best futures for our young people. We are always keen to hear from talented professionals at all stages of their career who believe they can support us in achieving our vision.

SWECET is an ambitious Trust, both for its children and staff; it’s committed to the success of all within it. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I have never felt so valued in a job before - I couldn’t recommend the Trust enough!
